Welcome to Sambhav Club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services for purchasing event tickets. By accessing our website and purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Event Tickets

• All tickets are sold on behalf of Sambhav Club.
• A valid ticket must be produced to get into an event. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate it.
• It is your responsibility to check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your tickets on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.

2. Pricing and Payment

• The price for each ticket is as displayed on the website. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We accept payments through our third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment gateway provider.
• Discounts may be offered for bulk ticket purchases as specified on the registration page. Such offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

• Tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase, except in the case of a cancelled event.
• If an event is cancelled by Sambhav Club for any reason, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original purchaser using the original method of payment.
• If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must notify us within the timeframe specified in the rescheduling announcement to be eligible for a refund. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any refund claim.
• Any booking fees or transaction charges associated with the purchase are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. The processing is also subject to the terms and timelines of our payment gateway vendor. We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or your bank.

4. User Conduct

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process, including the correct email addresses for all attendees to ensure proper ticket delivery. Sambhav Club is not responsible for tickets not received due to incorrect information provided by you.
• Misuse of this website, including but not limited to, attempting to purchase tickets fraudulently, will result in the immediate cancellation of your transaction and may lead to legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Sambhav Club is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property in connection with the event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• We are not responsible for any issues related to the payment process that are outside of our direct control and are managed by our third-party payment gateway.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a ticket purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the tickets in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the logo, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Sambhav Club or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

8. Changes to Terms

Sambhav Club reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
